Will I receive the exact product I saw in the product photo online?

All Single crystals, gemstones or pieces of jewelry are unique and one of a kind, the pictures are of the actual item you will receive. The only listings we use "Stock" Photos of are some Gemstones and Wholesale Parcels - it will be noted in the listing.

Do you accept returns?

All crystals are sold with high quality photographs & measurements. There are no surprises for the buyer. In the rare case that you simply are not happy - for any reason - with the crystal you purchasedWe offer a 1 week return policy. Anytime within 7 days from delivery to contact us to return the item.Email us your order # & the items being returned. Then just send it back, properly packaged - as it was delivered. We provide Return labels for returns in the U.S. via USPS priority mail.

Are returns accepted for wholesale?

Wholesale Lots and some other items are sold as is / no returns, these are clearly stated in the Description, and are based on availability, etc. There is no "picking or high grading" lots, and returning stones you do not wish to use. Most wholesale is sold with no returns.

My item was damaged during shipment. Help!

InnerVision Crystals will refund or replace the item if lost or damaged during shipment as all orders are insured fully.
