These are handmade for IVC in Kathmandu, Nepal. We source these direct to ensure quality. We added (Brass / Metal) Guru Beads & Spacer beads to these, as well as 2 for the draw string. These are strung on high quality cord.

These are traditional 108 bead Mala / Prayer Beads.

These are good malas after all! Very good.

I finally figured out that this sandalwood mala and a rosewood one like it that I got were adjustable. You can make them tighter or looser. Once I figured that out I like them very much. I’m getting used to the spacer beads, but overall they’re well made, and nice to handle. These guys also have great customer service. The first sandalwood mala they sent was defective, so they sent me a good one for free. All in all I recommend.
